In a modest garage, we built our first helmet, Hirock Deluxe, taking the baby step that would define our commitment to rider safety.

Studds Accessories Limited. was incorporated,​ giving strong corporate shape to our mission​ of redefining two-wheeler safety.​

The second generation joined leadership, blending legacy with fresh ideas as India opened up to a more global, aspirational market.​

We obtained the license for our second ​manufacturing facility at Sector 27-A, Faridabad further ​strengthening our production ecosystem.​

All earlier units were consolidated to establish​ Manufacturing Facility-I in Faridabad, creating a ​unified and efficient manufacturing hub.​

We launched SMK, our premium global brand engineered​
to meet strict international standards like ECE and DOT,​ elevating our presence worldwide.​

Manufacturing Facility III was established in Faridabad, ​further boosting capacity to serve fast-growing domestic ​and export markets.​

In 2025, we entered a new chapter of our journey by successfully launching our IPO and becoming a publicly listed company on the BSE and NSE, underscoring our commitment to transparency, robust corporate governance, and shared value for all stakeholders — building on decades of trust in rider safety while creating greater accountability and long-term growth for investors, employees, customers, and partners.
