The best time to visit this scenic beauty is from mid-June to mid-September through the 476 km long Manali-Leh route and Mid-May to October through the Srinagar- Leh route.

Spiti Valley

Spiti Valley is another trans-Himalayan gem which is extremely popular for road trips. 

The term ‘spiti’ means ‘middle’ which is why this divine destination located in the north-eastern part of Himachal Pradesh, between Tibet and India, is named Spiti Valley.  

You can begin your journey from Delhi, enter Spiti from Shimla side and exit from Manali side, thus completing the entire circuit which covers Tabo, Kaza, Losar, Chandratal, Kunzum Pass, Ki, Kibber, Pin Valley, Langza, Hikkim, Komic and Dhangkar.

An ideal Spiti trip takes somewhere between 5-8 days, so you’ll probably have the best week of your life during this trip.

Tawang

The Guwahati-Tawang road trip is what dreams are made of! 

This 510 km long picturesque journey is the perfect way to unwind and revel in the beauty of nature. All you need to remember is to take an ILP(Inner Line Permit) to enter Arunachal Pradesh, and you’re set. 

Have the time of your life on this journey. The best time to visit is April onwards. The real beauty of the North-East is on display on this route, and will surely make a great tale to tell your grandkids.
